Mitshubishi Pajero and Toyota Hilux arctic trucks


Well, these rigs might not be speed demons on the blacktop, but let me tell you, they're real beasts when it comes to tackling the rough stuff. Take the Toyota Hilux, for instance. That bad boy made a star appearance in the movie Børning 2, which, I reckon, was hands down the funniest and coolest of the bunch. You know, the one where the sheriff took a serious tumble and got surprised. 

Now, you can trick out a Toyota Hilux into one of them darn cool Arctic Trucks, and it's been on a heap of epic expeditions in the icy Arctic regions. These trucks are the real deal when it comes to flexing muscles in challenging terrains.


Oh, you betcha! The Mitsubishi Pajero sported some downright cool '90s design back in '91-'92 and was all the rage with its modern flair. Now, here's a fun fact for ya – the Pajero's the ride that clinched the most victories at the Rally Dakar, hands down. But, sad to say, they pulled the plug on this gem in 2019, and that's a real bummer.

Fiat Strada Renault Express/Renault Kangoo Volkswagen Caddy

Fiat Strada. This here rig comes in two flavors: the older models are tiny lil' pickups — real small, but scrappy. The newer ones, up to about five years old, are more like big ol' Isuzu Troopers or Toyota Hilux trucks — real workhorses, built tough for the long haul. You can trick these babies out real nice, slap on some chrome, lift the suspension, add a light bar — make ’em look mean and mighty fine. And get this: 'bout ten years back, Fiat went and bought out the whole dang Chrysler group. Yup, the whole enchilada. These days, a lotta their rides look a whole lot like Chryslers and Dodges. That goes for Lancia and Alfa Romeo too — all of ’em got a bit of that American muscle flair now. Renault Kangoo. Lada 1500 concept and Lada 1500 3G and 4G street cars

Below, you’ll find a picture of the Lada 1500 concept along with a sporty version of the Lada 1500 above. Unfortunately, the concept car never made it into production. The Lada 1500 3G and 4G are more akin to classic cars than true modern street cars, as they are built on a Fiat model from the 1960s. Lada launched its last versions of these models in 1979 and 1982. By that time, Lada had already produced two versions of the Fiat 1500, based on models from the 1950s and 60s, earlier in the 1970s.
