Some Holden Opel And Vauxhall

"Well, folks, let's talk about them Holden HSV Commodores from the '80s. These cars sure do look a lot

like them Opel Rekords that were mighty popular as 'rodder' cars in Norway back in the 2000s.

Nowadays, though, they're more like vintage rides. But here's the kicker, you gotta import 'em all the way

from Australia. So, reckon you'd need to be a Norwegian sheep farmer or have some Aussie connections

- or better yet, be a West Texan doin' fishin' or shipping to get a sweet deal on gettin' one shipped to

Norway.

Now, them Holden Commodores, Opel Omegas, and Vauxhall Carltons from the '90s, they might be a

tad dull compared to the Nissan Skylines and Silvias, which were all the rage on Norwegian streets

back in the 2000s. But you throw some upgrades on 'em, and they become some real powerhouses!

Opel Rekord, made by them Germans at Opel, ran from '53 to '86. The last models from the '80s, like the ones you see in them pictures here, were quite the deal for turnin' into 'rodder' cars, 'round 10-20 years ago, back in the early 2000s. Nowadays, they're more like vintage rides, especially the older ones from the '50s, '60s, and '70s. I'm talkin' 'bout them Opel Rekord B, C, and D from '65 to '77. Them were some stylish street rides, like American muscle cars. And Opel ain't owned by General Motors for nothin'!

Then you got them Vauxhall VXR from the 2000s, Opel GSI from the '90s, and other souped-up Opels,Vauxhalls, and Holdens from the '90s and 2000s. Now, these are some sharp lookin' cars, and there ain'ttoo many of 'em rollin' around these parts. You get yourself one of them Opels I mentioned earlier, andyou'll be the king of the rodder car scene.

(Opel Ascona from the late '80s. Look at them smoked taillights, more in line with the '90s than the '80s.)"
